GISD Bond 2025

Greenville ISD is growing fast — and our schools are running out of space. With over half of our elementary schools already beyond 100% capacity and all campuses projected to exceed 120% by 2034, it’s time to act. On November 4, you can help provide safe, modern, and future-ready schools for every child in our community.

Voting YES for the bond is voting FOR:

  •  adding space and keep up with growth.
  •  a new high school, a new Pre‑K campus, land for growth, and upgrades across elementary schools.
  •  room for 2,300 students with CTE labs, ag barn, fine arts spaces, athletics facilities and a built‑in storm shelter.
  •  space for 560 pre‑K students plus a storm shelter—because safety and early learning matter.

  • elementary investments: storm‑shelter classroom additions and science labs, classroom updates (paint, floors, lights, furniture).

  •  safe, modern, and expanded schools.

Why Now?

  • Hunt County is growing rapidly.
  • PASA projects 8,207 students in GISD within 10 years.
  • Campuses are already over capacity — some above 100%.
  • By 2034, every campus will exceed 120% capacity.

This bond ensures safety, growth, and modern learning environments.
